Hershberger established Hershberger Insurance Agency in 1974 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The full-service ERIE agency offers all lines of insurance.

Meet the Staff

Principal agents Kenneth L. and wife Dona Hershberger have over 80 years of combined insurance experience. Kenneth gained extensive ERIE experience and training during the six years he worked as an Erie Insurance district sales manager.

The agency is currently managed by Kenneth and Dona’s daughter, Dana Bambino, and son Kenneth R. (Ken) Hershberger. Dana and Ken have more than 45 years of insurance experience between them.

“We have a personable staff and are a well-respected agency in the community. Every staff member serves his or her customers in the way they would want to be served themselves,” says Dana.

Every member of the eight-person staff has earned one or more professional designations such as:

• CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative)
• LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow)
• ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative)
• AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance)

Together, they serve over 7,000 clients at the agency.
